The horseback ride
DURATION:3.5 hours (riding) + 2 hours (lunch)
The expedition begins at Estancia Alto Foyel. After an introductory briefing accompanied by mate and tortas fritas at the Alamedam, we set off, riding upstream along the rocky Foyel River toward Cerro Cachirulo.
As we ascend, we can admire the native flora and fauna—with the possibility of spotting deer—and take in panoramic views of the Cordillera de los Andes. We then descend back toward the river valley, reaching Mallín Bonito, the site of the confluence with the Turbio River.
After a 3.5-hour ride, we arrive at the main ranch building, where a spread of appetizers and a classic Argentine asado await us.

Brama
The months of February, March, and April witness a unique spectacle called Brama: deer mating, a ritual in which the males of the herds compete for the females. The main attraction of this tour is the overpopulation of red and white-faced deer.
